Fully broken armour debuff bug?

Fully broken armour gets consumed with explosive shot (Not using exploit armour support). Tried without any supports and still consumes fully broken armour debuff.

Same exact issue, I was scratching my head about this trying to figure out what consumes it. Definitely unintended because it's not specified anywhere that it should consume it. |
