Stuck in The Black Cathedral

Hi!
Just tried Kulemak fight. He died at the same time as me. Now I cannot leave The Black Cathedral. Relog doesn't help. TP to friend doesn't work. Portals are disabled during boss fight. Ctrl+click on "play" and select to respawn in town/hideout.
