Purchased pack not showing up.

I purchased one of the 90 dollar packs through steam for poe2 and 2 hours later it still hasn't showed up in game. I have a receipt email and the charge is on my checking account but I can't refund through steam. I tried to open a support ticket but didn't even receive any kind of confirmation reply so I have no idea if it even went through.

GGG don't have an auto-reply configured and are fairly behind on tickets atm.

I sent to the email address provided after using the verify chat command in game. Posted it above but support removed it lol.
