POE2 Interlude Final Boss BUG (Blood Twins)

Got to the final fight and died the first time. Went back and ever since then the twins will not engage. They just keep standing over the body at their initial starting position chanting. I have restarted the game multiple times and it is still bugged. When I am in the room the game thinks I'm in a boss fight as the music changes and I am unable to portal, but the bosses ignore me completely. Anyone else having the same issue?
