Verglas damage buff applies to all skills

Update: This is bug report is wrong due me not accounting for other conditional damage passives.

----Bug----
Equipping the Verglas support gem increases the damage of all skills, or the skill window's tooltip is incorrect.

----What is expected----
The description of the Verglas support gem implies that it only buffs the supported skill that it is equipped to.

The Verglas buff icon states that skills supported by Verglas gain the damage increase.


----What actually happens----
When an ice crystal is destroyed, all skills receive a damage increase regardless of whether the Verglas support gem is equipped or not on a given skill.

This can be seen by looking at the skill window's damage/dps tooltip.

edit : nvm it is something else in the passive probably bonus damage from consuming Infusions etc
