Disconnecting Microsoft account

Hello,
I have a problem. A few months ago, my Microsoft account was stolen and then permanently banned. I would like to link my PoE 2 account to a new Microsoft account, but in the settings there is no option to disconnect the current Microsoft account. What can I do in this situation? I already sent an email to GGG support, but so far I haven’t received any reply. I really want to play PoE 2 on console because my computer is currently in service. Please help me, I don’t know what to do now…

I received a reply to my support email, but I cannot generate a verification code in the game because my computer is currently in service and will be there for 2 weeks. I would like to play on Xbox during that time, but I cannot do this without changing the Microsoft account.

Have you tried explaining that to them via email?

I replied to the email saying that I cannot log into the game to enter the verification code because I don’t have access to my computer, but I haven’t received any response since then.
That sounds like they're just busy, and your ticket has been escalated so that only a smaller number of relatively senior personnel have access to it.

If they were unable or unwilling to help, they would at least say so.
