WHISPERING ICE Staff is GIGA bugged

The heart of ice skill you get from the staff doesnt chill at all making the whole build completely not playable. Not sure if it was due to changes made in this patch


UPDATE: It was due to cold mastery socketed into it for some reason that bricks it. So you cant actually support it at all. It would be nice to fix that to add some support gems to it. And for whatever reason icestorm consumes infusions.

Also i feel like you should be somehow be able to have 5 sockets in the 2 skills you get from the item.

UPDATE 2: No its just giga bugged. Sometimes works, sometimes doesnt even with support gems, seems to reset when you TP in/out of map.

It literally says in the description of the Icestorm that it can not chill nor freeze.

However, I found another bug: Icestorm consumes Elemental Infusions, while it obviously shouldn't.
