Lost all items from SSF to parent league

I just switched from SSF to the paren league to find out that i lost all my items. The message before switching said i would transfer everything from my stash and inventory to the parent league but i got nothing in the stash.

Is this Path of Exile 1 or Path of Exile 2?
Is your stash presently set to hide Remove Only tabs? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
