Purchased early access, 300 coins went to another linked account

Hello, my 300 purchased coins went to another account thank the one I have my characters on, I don't even know how, I purchased the game on steam.

I have sent mails to support but no response yet, can someone please reach out to me and let me know how to solve this? I've almost cleared the campaign and can't realistically just make another character.

Hi Toby it's been like 5 days and I've heard nothing about it I bought the early access to get my stash tabs and I'm still waiting
