I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out again regarding the unlinking of my Path of Exile account from my PSN account.

I understand that you require verification, but I'm a bit confused since I'm communicating through my GGG account, which should confirm my identity. Additionally, I no longer have access to my PlayStation account, and I'm in the process of creating a new PSN account. I'd like to link my GGG account to this new account since I don't play the game on PC.

Could you please clarify what additional proof is needed? I believe the steps I've taken should be sufficient.

am writing once again to address the ongoing difficulties in unlinking my Path of Exile account from my PSN account. Despite following your instructions and communicating through my GGG account, I am still being asked to revert to email for further verification, which has not led to any resolution.

I want to make it clear that I no longer have access to my PlayStation account and am in the process of creating a new PSN account specifically to link my GGG account. The repeated generic responses and the continuous back-and-forth via email are extremely frustrating and have not resolved the issue.

I kindly request that we handle this matter directly here in the forum and unlink my account as soon as possible.
