Wasn't given the in game currency upon purchasing the support pack on steam

I purchased PoE 2 on steam and did not receive the in game currency that I was supposed to.

I have created two support tickets and received no response. This is my second time paying for access since I also have it on the ps5.

Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to resolve it?
