Network latency spiking

Since I started playing today I have been noticing latency spike issues possibly during most of my playtime. It goes back to 40 and up to 2000ms. I am playing on eu servers and tried restarting the game, switching servers but the problem still persists.

I noticed other players experiencing the same problems. Could we get an answer if this issue we are running into is caused on your side?
