[1,49,59.56,863]Please fix failed to connect to instance

Played the campaign with almost every zone change would crash the instance and take me back to login screen. I had no problems on day 1 but this started on day 2. In maps it's happening less due to the fact we don't change zones much but if I get abyss depths it's the same. Changing zones is a crime. The most frustrating and annoying experience happened just right now where I searched for an item in-game trade and as I tried to teleport to the seller's hideout same crash happene. Please fix this. It's been a few days now. Even the patch was rolled out but no fix to this.
