Kabala Keth disappearing bug

During the Kabala boss encounter I got her to about 50% hp. Then she casted her spike circle, which I rolled out of, but after she finished the attack she vanished and can't trigger her again.

Same here. She castet her spike circle, i roll out and she disappeared.
