is the only way to get Awakened Cast On Critical Strike Support to level 6 is by corrupting it? also whats the chance to get +1 level.

Yes. Not sure of the odds though, but its similar to the odds of getting a positive outcome on any other piece of gear. Somewhere around 20% I think. If you are single-corrupting.

No, you can also just buy it.

Double corrupt should also give a slight increase in the chances of getting +1. Not sure what the prices are like currently and if it is worth it or not.

Yes, you need Doryani institue in the temple. If you are only interested in getting +1, it would slightly increase the odds.

Again, I don't know if this is currently cost efficient for your purposes beyond other options, such as buying directly.

It actually would DOUBLE the odds.

I think 1 up 1 down is a possible outcome. I think there is conditionality as well because of some outcomes like double up not being valid. I don't know though, it may be double. I haven't heard a definitive answer before.
