Grim Feast and Sacrifice and Spectres

When Sacrifice is enabled Grim Feast, or specifically Grim Resurrection does not seem to be able to revive minions unless used immediately after they die. Spectres appear to experience the same issue, regardless of whether Sacrifice is used or not.

I am seeing the same thing.

Boost, still seeing the issue with being unable to resurrect spectres with Grim Res. Definitely takes the wind out of a good sac/ det or yell build.

Remnants feel inconsistent as well, and remnant effect potency is hard to notice. The counter on Grim Res doesn't go up after 4 seconds at least.
