Two Accounts - How to Transfer Armor and Tabs to Main

Hi,
When going from POE 2 back to POE 1 I never realized I signed in with two different methods (steam/email). Now I have two accounts under the same email, so when I log into Path of Exile site I can switch between them. The issue is I have my armor and stash tabs on an account I do not use. Is there a way to consolidate them so that I do not have to buy the armor and tabs again. I bought the game on PC and also on Xbox so I would appreciate some savings if there is an opportunity.
