hello, i did omen of whisstling on my bow had accuarcy rating on t3 and Desecreated increased dmg bonus t2, i wanted to make t3 accuarcy be gone with whistling, but it took my t2 Increased dmg bonus how is that possible?

Just fucked up my 5/6 bow, make it to 4/6 I just put that omen in and it would be 6/6 with desecreating... bro thats frustrating

"Lowest level modifier" refers to the modifier with the lowes character level requirement. The level requirement of the mod is not strictly related to the modifier tier, so you should always look up the level requirements of the mods before using the omen.
