Defense gear tier list in my opinion

With lots of defensive nodes:
1/2.ES (do l need to explain this?)
1/2.Evasion (Harder to cap, but works on all hits now and has deflection to help with effective health)
3.Armor (Works more now with being able to affect elemental damage, but calculates badly with resistances)
4.ES+Evasion (At least does something, if either is high enough, maybe works well with deflection)
5.ES+Armor (Is anti-synergistic, but at least does something)
6.Evasion+Armor (Have fun with the worst of both worlds, unless you convert evasion to armor)

Then what about glass cannons with few or no defensive nodes:
1.ES (do l need to explain this?)
2.ES+Armor (Is anti-synergistic, but at least does something in rare cases)
3.ES+Evasion (ES, but halved)
4.Armor (Can at least tank some hits)
5.Evasion+Armor (Armor, but halved, unless you convert evasion to armor)
6.Evasion (Might as well have no chest piece)

Note: I had 0% evasion pretty much the whole campaign, when wearing ES/evasion gear, but had 13% armor, when only my boots had armor, not that it does much.
