Frustration with Unlinking Account from PSN
Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out because I'm at my wit's end with Grinding Gear Games' support. I’ve been trying to unlink my Path of Exile account from my PSN account for days, and their support keeps sending me to a support page with no clear instructions on how to actually do it. It’s incredibly frustrating and honestly quite annoying. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice on how to get this resolved? I’d really appreciate any help! Thanks in advance! If you're having trouble getting your verification code, can you please enter Path of Exile (1 or 2), enter '/verify' in the chat window, then enter the code you receive into the relevant field of the support page here: https://www.pathofexile.com/support. Once you have done so, you will be given an email address with a code in it - can you please copy and paste that email address and send it to us in your email? If you're still having issues please don't hesitate to contact us via email. | |

Thank you for the response. I appreciate the guidance. However, I no longer have access to the PlayStation account associated with my Path of Exile account, so I can't receive the verification code from there. My main request is simply to unlink my Path of Exile account from that PSN account. Could you please assist me with this process without needing access to the PlayStation? Thank you for your help! |

Thank you for your follow-up. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the PC client as I've only ever played Path of Exile on my console. My main request is simply to unlink my Path of Exile account from the PSN account. |
