I haven't been able to log into my account for 6 days. I sent emails to support and they responded after 3 days to ask me for something I had already given, which was the name of the account and the 4 digits.
The lack of attention and negligence they have towards users is impressive, in addition to the responses that seem to be attended to by bots or artificial intelligence.
I am making this post from an alternative account since I CANNOT access the website from my main account either.
I hope u give me a solution, since by common sense every day that passes is progress that is lost in the game for which I paid.

Yes I see, meanwhile the GMs ban people for no reason and you have to be chasing support or waiting 10 days for them to respond to a message, to do two clicks and unlock the account.

Same exact situation, been waiting around 8 days for a response now and absolutely nothing, 11 emails back and forth before radio silence..
