I can't port the players hideout for several times

I use the offline trade, search the item in trade page, then click 'travel to Hideout',my game will loading all the time, whatever I change the ip to guess every the players node doesn't work, and so many times the game jump to the login page immediately, that was so boring, how can I buy this item? the trade itself have a #xxxx suffix ID, but it doesn't work, I can't use this ID to find the player. Now is dead here, I don't have any way to continue this trade!!!!
