PS5 POE2 Account Access - Not available

So I purchased POE2 early access on the playstation store and have been playing off and on since launch. I had an issue in the 2nd season where my PSN account was hacked and I lost access. Sony was not much help unfortunately and advised me to create a new account with better security set up. GGG however was amazing. They listened to my situation. Allowed me to provide them documentation and moved my characters over from the account I no longer had access to, to a new PSN account as long as I had repurchased the game which I did. I took a break at the end of the last season and now was super excited to come back after about a month or so to see all the new changes I keep hearing about. I started playing thru the free weekend only to find out when it was over I received a message telling me I needed to purchase the game again to have access. I stated an email thread with GGG support sent in an email receipt from the PSN app as well as the receipts reflected on this account and now have heard nothing back. I am sure they are swamped with tickets/requests. I just didnt imagine I would be going on 3 days without this getting restored as it seems pretty simple. Is there an easy solution to resolve this problem?

Going on over a week since I initiated contact with support. I have confirmed my account that i was accessing my characters on as well as sent the requested receipts with no forward resolution on restoring my account access. Hoping I can reach a resolution soon without having to buy the game for a 3rd time.
