Boss Missing / Stuck in Instance - Cannot Exit

Hello Grinding Gear Games Support Team,

I am experiencing a bug in Path of Exile 2 where I entered a boss fight, but the boss does not appear.
At the same time, I cannot return to town or move to another area. The instance seems stuck.

Here are the details of my account and situation:

- Account Name: Ghost07#6251
- Character Name: _Gh_o_st_
- Location : Singing Caverns
- Boss : Diamora

Steps I have tried so far:
1. Attempted to use Waypoint (not working)
2. Tried movement skills to exit (not successful)
3. Force quit and reload (still stuck)

Please assist me in either resetting this instance or returning my character to a safe location so I can continue playing.

you can either wait offline with this char until the instance closes itself, what would take about 25 minutes to be offline with it..

or you can choose to port into town with this on char login screen..
