Bought the Midnight Pact Weapon Effect

I bought this Weapon Effect because i saw someone playing with it on PoE2. The Problem now is that i cant find this effect anywhere in my cosmetic stash, is it still not available for PoE 2 or am i dumb? 36€ is a big chunk of money for this and i really like it c: Thanks for the help guys!
