Looking for an English-speaking guild in PoE

Hi!
I am looking for an active, English-speaking guild in Path of Exile 1, where:
you can express your opinion without fear of being treated as a troll,
there is a friendly atmosphere,
a microphone is not required — I only use Discord if the guild uses it. If the guild uses a different messenger, I don't want to use it.
I play on PC, standard leagues. I would love to join a guild that supports cooperation and sharing experiences. Thanks!
