Powered Zealot Spectre spark not hitting some enemies.

The flying bug enemy called Plague Harvester and the little guys similar to it seem to just...not be hit by Powered zealot spectres spark ability. Very annoying if the mob happens to be rare.

Feral Kin in Rituals don't get hit, you have to TP out of the Ritual and then it ends as if you completed it - seems bugged

yeah, the bug is still here. So annoying. The Arbiter is dying faster than this flying white mobs lol
