Thoughts from a new player

I have tried this game a few times over the years, and it never really clicked for me. But a few weeks ago I jumped into this league and wow what an amazing experience it has been. People have been very helpful; building my character and gearing mercenaries have been a blast. The Mercenaries really helped draw me into the game!
And every time I think I'm at a comfortable point a new challenge comes and forces me to rethink how I'm playing and change my build or find a different mercenary. That's great. I have heard other people saying the Mercs have been good for new players too. Perhaps there is some knowledge from that that GGG can take form that to help integrating newer and casual players with the learning curve.
