Unable to link Sony account / Not receiving verification emails

I played POE1 about 10 years ago and I’m really excited to try out the new POE2 Early Access.

To do so, I want to connect my Sony account with my existing POE account in order to play on PS5. However, when I try to link the accounts, I get a screen asking me to "complete this process by clicking the link within the verification email".

The problem: I never receive any verification emails.

This issue also occurs when I try to change my account’s email address – no verification emails arrive.
I tested this on different days and times, but the result is always the same.
I checked all folders, including spam/junk.

What makes this especially frustrating is that I can’t log into the game at all, which means I can’t generate a support code. Because of that, my previous support requests have been declined automatically with the response that I need to provide a support code — even though I stated I’m unable to generate one.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? I would really like to join the Early Access on PS5.
