Elemental Expression with Sione's Temper

I was using Nova Projectiles to add additional projectiles to my Elemental Expression. I swapped it for a Sione's Temper and now I'm only stacking Shards but it does not trigger extra projectiles.

Same here also. Infinitely stacking shards when attacking but it never triggers the 8 projectiles. A real pity considering the potential synergy.

I'm having similar, but the stacks are falling off, just not triggering the explosion around me.
