Ggg support team is useless

Hello,

I am writing to express my growing frustration with the support team at Grinding Gear Games. I have been trying to unlink my PSN account from my Path of Exile account for quite some time now, and the process has been incredibly tedious. Despite numerous emails back and forth, I have not received a resolution, just a lot of redundant responses that do not address the issue.

This has been quite disappointing, especially coming from a company I have supported for a long time. I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

I have already confirmed that I authorize this action, yet I’ve only received generic responses without progress. This issue is preventing me from using my account properly, and the delay has become very frustrating.

Please treat this as a priority and proceed with unlinking my accounts as soon as possible. I expect a concrete update rather than another automated response.
I have the same situation, support not even reply since Sunday. I sent all information and also ask to unlink my psn because I can’t use my account anymore after free weekends. Very disappointed with so long waiting. Four days just to unlink psn, it’s crazy.
