Bug in solitary confinement

After killing the prisoner hooded one comes down and you can speak to him. But if you teleport to the city before speaking to him the quest status goes back to *Use a Ballista* even though the prisoner is already on the ground and the hooded one is not to be seen anymore. I believe that is not the expected behaviour.

To add:
The ballista is unusable after, so I cannot progress besides resetting the instance and going through the whole map again. |

After redoing the map I could not get any dialogue from hooded once, because he did not appear nor did I have any quest anymore in my quest log.

Also dealing with this and now my toon is bricked. Tried to join other parties to see if that would fix it and it does not. Incredibly pissed about this issue.

Hopefully we get a fix for this, I’ve tried everything I can think of. I’ve done every dialogue option with every npc in kingsmarch, I’ve joined other parties of people doing solitary for the first time, I’ve tried new instances, and nothing works.

I died right before the boss dies from poison damage, now i cant progress as well. I tried a new instance, tried verifying files and re running it tried uninstalling the game and re running the map. nothing works. GGG pls fix this soon. If they don't fix this i prob wont play until .4 gets released.
