POE 2 early access code activated on steam but in game says no access

good morning GGG, i have an access code used on steam it was successfully activated but when i launch the game it says i dont have acceess, need help.

Did you just play the free weekend or did you purchase an Early Access key?
If you did not purchase a key, then you would need to do so to continue playing. 😹😹😹😹😹

i did play on free weekend, but i have a access pass code after that, activated on 9/3/2005 on the attached image is the proof. it got activated on steam, isnt that whats needed to play as well?

Where did you originally buy the game?
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
