Game sharing

I've played poe2 since release on ps5 on my account. My boyfriend had purchased it on his account and I was able to play. I logged in yesterday and game sharing has now been turned off? this is very frustrating as I had purchased microtransactions on my account so now I have to buy it again? I have bought this game 3x already. I bought it on steam last patch and within a week it was unplayable which alot of people seemed to have the same problem. I then purchased it on Epic and again wasn't able to play it on pc due to the tearing, loading screens being 10 minutes long etc.

I contacted support to help with this issue but have had none.

It's very frustrating as I love the game but I cannot justify buying it a 4th time when it's eventually going to be f2p
