i know issue with my purchase

they assigned my early access to wrong account i need to moved how hard is this to do? otherwise i lose all my free weekend progress? if they cannot xfer this how long does refund take? im gettting 0 help from support no replys even.

the account on website and account i can log into game with are different i mean how can this happen? what kind of madness is this?
on website i have 300 points i can spend.. i log into game and have nothing also none my twitch drops ..sigh this is so annoying.. still no help..
