Erro no Pacote Adquirido – Solicito Correção ou Troca

Comprei este pacote acreditando que se tratava de um refúgio, mas, na prática, ele está totalmente bugado. Não consigo acessar os mapas a não ser que utilize o teleporte para um mapa já aberto e, então, saia para poder selecionar outro. Meu personagem fica preso dentro da estrutura e não consigo sair normalmente.

Paguei R$240 nesse pacote acreditando que seria algo funcional, mas, do jeito que está, não consigo usar direito. Gostaria que o problema fosse corrigido ou que meu pacote fosse trocado pelo refúgio do outro pacote, que era o que realmente esperava quando comprei.





I purchased this package believing it was a refuge, but in practice, it is completely bugged. I cannot access the maps unless I use the teleport to enter an already opened map and then exit to be able to choose another one. My character gets stuck inside the structure and I cannot leave it normally.


I paid around 240 BRL for this package, thinking it would be something functional, but as it is, I cannot properly use it. I kindly ask that you either fix this issue or exchange my package for the refuge from the other bundle, which is what I actually expected when I made the purchase.
