Trials of Chaos--Red circles bug

Hi,
I chose the red circles level 1 penalty and made my way to the flying boss--breathes ice onto the ground, in the Trials of Chaos.

The bug: the red circle would spawn and expand from one area, I run into another area far away from it, say the opposite direction from its spawn point. Next, I am hit by another red circle from out of nowhere. This happened several times until I died from an unseen explosion off screen. I am guessing this bug involves more than one red circle appearing in the area--one circle that spawn on/near where I am standing and another one spawning somewhere out there.

Please fix this as it is unfair that the player gets hit out of nowhere without any warning or counterplay.

Ran into the same thing in the 0.4 patch, so this still hasn't been fixed.

Is this the best place to bring bugs to their attention?
