Trade tabs PS5 and PC doesnt work

I purchased the trade tabs on PS5 and use them normally. I decided to use them on PC, and it says they only serve to withdraw items. So far, so good. I then purchased the same trade tab pack for PC for the same 240 points. However, even though the 240 points were deducted from my PC account, the trade tabs still only show that they are for withdrawing items. In other words, I spent the 240 points on my account, and the tabs don't work on PC.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I use cross-platform saving.

I sent you a message. waiting for a response. I spent the equivalent to 24 dollars on these tabs and can't use them.

I purchased the trade tabs bundle on PC (I already had this bundle on PS5), but it's not working.
I purchased the same bundle on both platforms, and I spent 480 points (240 on each platform), but it still doesn't work on PC.
You can check my account and you'll see that I spent on both PC and PS5.
In the previous email, I believe there was a misunderstanding, as the support person who responded to me thought I wanted to use the PS5 microtransaction on PC. That's not the case. I made the purchase on both platforms, two separate purchases.
If it doesn't work on my PC account, I'd like my points (240 points) back, which is equivalent to $24.

The new trade system doesn't use your stash.

And why can I use the same bundle on PS5? I purchased the same bundle on both platforms and on PS5 I can use it even though I'm not in act 4, but on PC I can't use it.
