I want to report a game studio for exploiting the proxy trading system for profit.

They use a bunch of accounts to list heavy belts at the price of 1 Exalted Orb under “in person trade only,” but when you whisper them, they ignore you. As a result, many players believe the price is really 1 Ex, and when they list their items to Ange under “instant buyout only,” the studio instantly buys them. Please GGG investigate and resolve this issue.

They don't care and are probably a part of it to drive RMT. Just search Snakepit ring and see how it went from the obvious high but reasonable price in early league to every single one being bought and now sold for 400 exalts or hundreds of chaos or dozens of divines.

It's either people doing what you describe or just group farmers buying everything to control supply and ruining the game for everybody else while GGG is nowhere to be found since apparently that's the intended experience.
