Constantly getting logged out of website and then password needs reset?

Not sure if this is the appropriate forum but for the past few months I have been getting logged out of the website even though I have my login saved and I have had to now reset my password twice this year.

No I didnt clear cache and do anything else like that.

Anyone know what this keeps happening?
