【Appeal】Request for Review of Mute on [Enalsp0203#5199] for Equipment Trading Post

Hey GGG Admins and Staff,

I'm [Enalsp0203#5199], a long-time fan of the game. I'm making this post to appeal the mute I got after posting equipment trading info in-game, and hope you can review my case and lift the restriction.

I only posted the trading message to do normal resource swaps with other players—no intention of spamming, scamming, or ruining the game environment at all. If my post accidentally broke any rules (maybe I didn’t check the latest guidelines carefully), I sincerely apologize. I promise to read the rules thoroughly before interacting from now on.

Being muted has really hurt my gaming experience: I can’t talk to teammates about dungeon tactics, nor join regular player chats. It just doesn’t feel fun anymore. So I’d really appreciate it if you could recheck my case. If it’s confirmed I had no malicious intent, please lift the mute.
