Trouble in Twitch

Hi, can you please assist me in dealing with Twitch? Since my friend can see that he can claim the freebies. Mine has nothing in the event, though my account is connected to Twitch. Please help me deal with this issue. I can provide you with a screenshot. I already missed the first event, and I don't want to miss the new event again.

I sent an email, and Rob already responded to me, but out of nowhere, he is not responding anymore.
