Purchased stash tabs not showing up on PC

I purchased the pre access key for PC, downloaded the PS5 version for the free weekend knowing I can cross play it back to my PC key that has full pre release access. Now my premium tabs are all showing "remove only" on PC after playing on PS5 for the free weekend. I have purchased ALL the tabs on both ps4 poe 1, and PC poe 1, and have purchased them on both platforms. Now on my cross play character none of the tabs are on my profile. I even made a new character to see if that worked. Me playing the free weekend on PS5 broke my PC premium stash tabs I payed for. I have spent a couple hundred dollars to have these on both versions of the game PC and PSN.

I have put in a support ticket, and they keep responding that "purchases made in one platform cannot be used in another", but I have literally purchased them on both platforms, so I don't understand what the disconnect is. They will no longer respond to my support ticket thinking they answered my question, but they literally did nothing to help. Do I need to put in another separate ticket? I want to continue to support the game, but will no longer do so if I cannot get what I have already paid for to work properly.
