Characters instance is bugged out. cannot log in.

Absolutely no problems till today when im running a map and repetitively died a few times my screen went to the gears loading in game. now when i log in after the loading gears i get the gears in game and whenever i try to click anything it says "my game is paused"
Been like this for hours all my other characters are fine, I honestly have no clue whats happened ive deleted my cache, re downloaded the game, i run a 2070 super and ryzen 7 and run all my settings on the lowest.
ive switched servers and it still persists. can someone at GGG reset my character please?
