No door/stairs to second floor in Sinking Spire

Hey so I just used a maxed(0 revive)waystone and this greeted me after clearing the map. I tried going back to hideout and back to character selection, I didn't expect it to help since the map is already generated and sadly it didn't. https://imgur.com/a/EYih3wX

Same, started zero revive sinking spire, no access to second floor

Can also confirm. I just had the same thing happen. Thought I was going crazy and was looking for a switch or something

Copped the same bug today, doesn't seem to be on every instance of Sinking Spire, but annoying when it is...

Same issue here.... tried porting back and fourth to hideout crashed game and reloaded it no go.

Experienced same, found exit 2nd floor. Cleared the monoliths 1st then exit disapperead.
