Barrage skill is freezing my screen

Barrage skill is consistently freezing my screen for a second when I use it together with Whirlwind slash + Twister.
Its not a performance issue, its just a malfunction with that skill in particular.
I think it happens more often in boss fights, when I repete the the secuence time and time again. It doesnt even freeze on casting the barraged projectile skill, it freezes when I Barrage -> Whirlwind slash.

My setup:
Intel Core I5-9400, 2.9GHz
16GB Ram
Gforce RTX 2060

Let me know any other info I can get you to solve this issue.
