Cannot access PoE2 after free weekend
Hello,
I downloaded PoE2 during your free weekend. Afterwards, I decided to purchase a supporter pack with a key, so I could continue playing. I purchased the supporter pack on your website. I was able to get your Steam key and put that into Steam's website. Now the game won't load. I tried a lot of different things. I uninstalled the game and re downloaded it. I moved it to a different storage file. I had Steam check all the files. I read about possibly changing the way the game loads through Vulcan/DirectX. My files already read DirectX12. I tried 11 and Vulcan. I am at a complete loss. The only thing I can think of is your last patch. Ive tried downloading the patch but it tells me I do not have enough space for the patch even though I have TB's of storage available. Can you please help with this issue? The game was wonderfully done and I'd like to continue that journey! Last bumped on Sep 3, 2025, 11:23:59 PM

Are you quite sure about asking them to send an email? Because it has been the community's understanding for several years now that GGG doesn't offer technical support. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

" You post on the help forum enough I'm surprised you haven't picked up on the pattern. "Email us" is used both for situations where the problem can only be solved in a way that can't be done over the forum (typically PII is involved) or when the support person currently on forum doesn't know the answer. The second scenario manifests a lot with of the new support people having very thin knowledge of the game and using the email support queue as a way to pass it to a coworker. That's a bit surprising since in the videos Darth Microtransaction posted about his visit to GGGs office he described an open plan where everyone is always talking to each other. I haven't tried correlating the bursts of sending everything to email with local time to see if the ones who just throw every question into the email queue are weekend/evening people without anyone experienced to ask and don't have anyone to ask or if for some reason some support people just don't feel comfortable asking questions in the office. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? |

i have basically the SAME issue, except i bought it before the week end, bought it the 28 of december, and i am not getting answers from the support team.
