Locked out of account
Hello,
I bought PoE 2 EA on PS5 months ago. I was playing only on my second account on PS5 with no issues until now. After free weekend I have no access to PoE 2 on that account, along with all my characters, along with my stashtabs... How can you block it, with no warning, with no information, with no possibility to transfer everything to primary account? In order to play Path of Exile 2 on console you'll need to have purchased one of the console Early Access packs on the console account that is associated with your Path of Exile account. Your characters and progress will be there still once you regain access!

I can't speak with certainty, but if you e-mail support@grindinggear.com it's possible they would be willing to transfer your purchase from one account to the other as a one-off courtesy.

I don't want to buy this for the second time. I already bought it, and had no issues playing on this 2nd account until now. You cannot just suddenly lock it for no reason. I was purchasing stash tabs on that account, I bought PoE 2 EA. How can you just block it now? I buy it, spend 500 hours on it, buy additional tabs and you just block it? With no prior information or any kind of support? Really? How is this okey for you? It's a complete joke how you treat customers.
