Merchant's Tab Upgrade

I've purchased premium stash tabs for years, both Poe 1 and Poe 2. However, when I try to upgrade to a Merchant stash tab, it shows this.
Current Tab Allocations Premium Stash Tabs 11 Merchant's Tabs 0 Eligible Premium Tabs 0 I hope you understand. This is very bad for my gaming experience. Please help. Last bumped on Sep 3, 2025, 4:43:15 PM

Is it possible you had first bought them as extra regular tabs, and then later upgraded them?
