Ziggurat refuge no waypoint in act 3 (future/past)

I am currently in the endgame. I entered the Refuge once during the mission, used the first expedition portal, and completed it. However, I no longer have a waypoint to return to the Refuge (I know it should normally be accessible via the Act 3 waypoint).
Additionally, the Temple of Kopec does not register as completed. Even after clearing and entering it multiple times, it remains greyed out on the map. for anyone finding this after the third eddict update. if the warp to town button isnt working for you, you gotta go to act 4 kingsmarch. then talk to the hooded one and say travel to oriath which takes you to the ziggurat refuge.

Why isn't there a fucking waypoint on the story map?
It's worth noting that +2 maps are a dangerous thing.
They can cause players to get out of their depth - playing maps that are too hard for the items they currently have. Herp Derp. |

" There isn't a waypoint on the map itself, but if you're on the Endgame tab at a waypoint, there's a "Warp to Town" button along the right side of the screen that takes you to the Ziggurat Refuge. |
